CANCELLATION POLICY: All clients must contact Refresh Your Soul at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice prior to your scheduled appointment date will require payment in full for your scheduled service. Also, any client arriving later than 15 minutes for their scheduled appointment may be required to reschedule their appointment in order to avoid disrupting the scheduled services of other clients. Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply.
SUPPLEMENT AND PRODUCTS REFUNDS: If supplements purchased need to be returned our policy is any unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once the product is received, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. The shipment costs of any returns are the purchaser’s responsibility.
SERVICES REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for services. Individual sessions, packages, and memberships expire after 1 annual year, and the cost of services may be transferred to other services provided by Refresh Your Soul. If you are a new client and have never rendered services, and cancel 24 hours before your session and elected not receive services you may receive a refund for your initial service.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES: Non-Refundable Packages. To support our commitment to gut health and integrative wellness, packages, and membership are offered at a discounted rate as clearance items. These packages are non-refundable due to their reduced pricing. However, they remain transferable to other services provided by Refresh Your Soul.
TRANSFERABILITY: Packages may be transferred to alternative services.
USAGE PERIOD: All services must be utilized within one calendar year from the date of purchase to ensure clients receive the maximum benefit from their selected offerings.
NEW CLIENT INITIAL SPECIAL: For clients utilizing our initial special offer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Clients who are new to our services and cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment are eligible for a refund of the initial new client special.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment grant Refresh Your Soul the right to retain the fee due to the late cancellation notification.
