Refresh Your Soul is expanding! We’re a cash-pay gut health and wellness practice offering colon hydrotherapy, functional nutrition, and complementary wellness services.

We’re seeking a compassionate, dependable colon hydrotherapist who is dedicated to health and wellness and wants to grow with a collaborative team.

Our ideal team member is teachable, humble, and hungry to learn—receptive to feedback, motivated to improve, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.

You’ll work with Wendy Sebastian, an Advanced Colon Hydrotherapist and I-ACT Instructor, to learn the Refresh Your Soul Way: our approach to client care, clinic systems, business operations, and ongoing client support.

About the role

This role combines colon hydrotherapy, client education, consultative sales, and front-office support. We work as a team, and every team member contributes to keeping the clinic organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

As a cash-pay clinic, we’re looking for someone comfortable discussing pricing, recommending appropriate services, explaining packages and memberships, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions. Recommendations should reflect each client’s needs and goals.

Responsibilities

– Provide colon hydrotherapy within your training and qualifications, following clinic protocols.
– Review intake forms and health history, identify contraindications, and refer questions or concerns appropriately.
– Help clients feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout their visits.
– Maintain accurate session notes and communicate relevant updates to the team.
– Follow equipment cleaning, disinfection, and room preparation procedures.
– Maintain shared spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and assist with laundry and daily clinic upkeep.
– Confidently discuss pricing, packages, and memberships and recommend appropriate options.
– Support client follow-up, rebooking, and ongoing client relationships.
– Complete front-office training and assist with scheduling, phone calls, booking, filing, and sales.
– Learn and consistently implement our systems for documentation, client communication, and daily operations.
– Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
– Help put agreed-upon workflow improvements into practice.

Performance and professional growth

We evaluate performance through quality of care, teamwork, consistent execution of clinic procedures, and measurable results. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include client retention, rebooking, package and membership enrollment, and timely follow-up.

You should be comfortable working toward performance goals, reviewing your results, and using feedback to improve. We value accountability, initiative, and a willingness to learn both the clinical and business sides of a wellness practice.

Qualifications

– Current I-ACT/NBCHT colon hydrotherapy certification required.
– Training and experience with both open and closed systems preferred.
– Current CPR and AED certification, maintained throughout employment.
– Strong communication and client service skills.
– Commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, privacy, and client safety.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
– Previous sales, front-office, or service enrollment experience is a plus.

Pay and schedule

– Pay: $25–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
– Schedule: Typically 10-hour shifts, with scheduling Tuesday through Friday.
– Employment: Part-time initially, with the opportunity to grow into full-time work, up to four days per week.
– Location: In person in Sacramento, CA.
