Refresh Your Soul has many juice cleanses. Each one is formulated for the individual. They range from 3 to 30 days, depending on your goals. The benefit of doing juice cleanses is that it helps eliminate water-soluble toxins. Many of us have difficulty getting all the nutrients, and juice is an efficient way to do that. Taking breaks from digesting food for short periods can be very beneficial. When we look at history, there have been many periods where people have fasted as well as water fasting through spiritual rituals. These interventions are beneficial for health.
At Refresh Your Soul we have created many cleanses to help aid in digestion. Our cleanses help with vitality, energy, detoxification, and digestion.
Cleansing gives a break in digestion, improves nutrient bioavailability, and improves satiation and hunger signals. Slowing down and realizing when and if we are hungry or in a habit is beneficial. Juicing is a great way to get present. Often, we become present with what is going on with our daily eating habits and what is going on emotionally and can draw the connection.
Refresh Your Souls cleanses combine juices, infrared /red light sauna, and Colon Hydrotherapy sessions.
We believe in doing a colonic session first to remove the waste from the colon. If this is not done while drinking juice, the colon will often stagnate due to the lack of fiber. We want to minimize the recirculation of toxic waste. As we detox and replenish, we want to ensure the body is eliminating waste.
Therefore, we encourage our clients that do a juice cleanse to do an infrared sauna, which helps promote detoxification by removing not only water-soluble toxins but heavy metals that are stored in the fats, so therefore, you’re also removing fat-soluble toxins. We do a colonic afterward so we can remove the toxins and heavy metals out of the urethra and out of the colon, which are the two ways our body removes waste. We are also replenishing your body while doing this cleanse with the juice, so that is our attempt to rebuild and remove the waste from the body.
We have 3, 6- and 14-day juice cleanses, and we even do a modified version with smoothies.

SUPPLEMENT AND PRODUCTS REFUNDS: If supplements purchased need to be returned our policy is any unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once the product is received, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. The shipment costs of any returns are the purchaser’s responsibility.
SERVICES REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for services. Individual sessions and packages never expire and the cost of services may be transferred to other services provided by Refresh Your Soul.
