Cancellation Policy:
Clients must notify Refresh Your Soul at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged in full for the scheduled service.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and cancellation/rescheduling fees may apply to avoid disrupting the care of other clients.
Refunds & Returns Services:
We do not issue refunds for services once rendered.
Packages and memberships are non-refundable due to discounted pricing, but the value may be transferred to another service at Refresh Your Soul.
All services, packages, and memberships must be used within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.
New clients who cancel their first appointment at least 24 hours in advance and have not yet received services may request a refund of their initial new client special.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
Supplements & Product Returns:
Unopened supplements and products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Once returned and received in original condition, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Memberships:
All memberships are auto-renewed via autopay unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Memberships are non-refundable and do not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of each month.
Membership benefits and sessions must be used within one calendar year from the date of purchase or enrollment.
Membership credits may be transferred to another eligible service within the business.
Refusal of Services:
Refresh Your Soul reserves the right to refuse services to any client who is not aligned with our wellness policies, safety standards, or respectful conduct. Non-refundable packages are considered final sale.
