Most clients need a series of 6 sessions to achieve a true cleanse, followed by monthly maintenance for lasting results. Just like regular dental cleanings keep your smile healthy, colon hydrotherapy is essential preventative care for your gut.
But we don’t stop there. We specialize in identifying and addressing the root cause of your digestive issues — because lasting change requires more than temporary relief. Depending on your unique gut health needs, we may pair your sessions with integrative lab testing to uncover deeper imbalances in digestion, microbiome diversity, inflammation, nutrient absorption, and more. These insights allow us to design a truly personalized plan that helps you not only feel better now, but also protect your gut health for the long term.

1 First Visit
Consultation & Initial Session - Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation where we review your health history, digestive concerns, needs, and wellness goals. We’ll discuss your unique gut health needs and, if appropriate, recommend integrative lab testing to uncover deeper imbalances. We also address diet and lifestyle strategies to support your gut health from day one. Your first colon hydrotherapy session starts your cleanse and lays the foundation for healing.
2 Cleanse Phase
6 Sessions for a True Reset - A series of targeted sessions works to fully cleanse the colon, remove built-up waste, and improve elimination. This phase supports better digestion, reduces bloating, and helps restore a healthier microbial balance — preparing your body for long-term maintenance and deeper gut healing.
3 Monthly Maintenance
Ongoing Gut Health Support - Once your cleanse phase is complete, monthly maintenance sessions help you keep your results and prevent new buildup. Just like regular dental cleanings protect your teeth, consistent colon care protects your gut health, supports optimal digestion, and helps prevent future issues. During this phase, we continue to refine your diet and lifestyle habits to maintain results and support prevention.
Colon Hydrotherapy - Closed System
Colonics, also known as Colon Hydrotherapy or Colon Irrigation, removes waste from the colon without using drugs or laxatives.
In a closed system: there are two separate lines—water in and waste out—to prevent any possible contamination.
A highly trained therapist is in the room evaluating the seeing and administering pressure depending on the client’s health.

Colon Hydrotherapy - Open System
In the open system: there is one constant gravity-fed line of filtered water at 1 PSI. The system is made to be relaxing, and safe, hygienic. The recliner-style setup allows you to sit comfortably over the basin as you hydrate your colon, allowing the peristalsis to activate, and this allows more natural participation in the evaluation.
All new clients receive a consult, and our technicians supervise all sessions. The open system is more private, and you will have “private time” with the system. This gives a more natural feel and control. There is a call button if you need assistance and a technician checks on you throughout your session.
